You can delete your Label Lens account and all associated data directly in the app:
Open Label Lens and go to the Profile tab.
Tap “Delete account”.
The app shows you exactly what will be deleted and offers to export your data first.
In the confirmation dialog, type DELETE (all capital letters) and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
What gets deleted
Deletion is immediate and irreversible. We permanently erase:
your scans and scan images (every photo you uploaded is permanently removed from our servers),
your health profile, symptom logs, and health-consent records,
your notebooks,
push tokens and notification preferences,
usage counters and subscription entitlement records.
Your account record is anonymized — your email address and profile are removed and your sign-in
identifiers are irreversibly hashed — and your sign-in account at Auth0 is deleted shortly after.

Subscriptions: paid subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple through your App
Store account, not by Label Lens. Deleting your account does not cancel an active
subscription — cancel it first in your device Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
